- Minimum listing price: NPR 2,000 per unit.
- Commission structure: 12% of the agreed listing price, with a minimum commission of NPR 300 per sold unit.
- Explicit commission acceptance: After staff approve your submission, you review and accept the formal commission proposal before your listing goes live. Any price change requires a fresh commission proposal acceptance.
- Post-delivery settlement: Seller settlement becomes eligible 3 calendar days after verified buyer delivery, subject to tax, dispute, and finance clearance.
